Consistent as they have been for the past 12 years, the Greek donor volunteers preparing for this year’s torch race which will begin on the 22nd of August in Athens.

With the message “The flame passes through our city” the voluntary donors give a celebrating tone to the 12th torch race, by organizing the torch lighting ceremony at the monument of the Unknown Soldier and completing their travelogue throughout the country on the 3rd of October in Kozani , where the 27th Amphictyony of the Pan-Hellenic Federation of Voluntary Blood Donors Greece, will take place.
