Deputy Development Minister Gerasimos Giakoumatos speaking at private TV channel MEGA expressed his opinion that overdue debts to insurance funds could be paid in least 72 installements.

Mr. Giakoumatos did not rule out the possibility of a higher number of installments and he reiterated that debts from fines which have not been settled will be transferred to the tax offices.

When asked to comment on the price level, the Deputy Development Minister said that prices may fall further, noting that now there is an audit board which checks the prices.
