SYRIZA prepares a spectacular event for the promotion and support of the candidancy of Alexis Tsipras for the presidency of the European Commission.

The event will take place at 7.30 pm on Thursday in Acropol theater. The official organizer of the event is the “Initiative for the support of the candidacy of Alexis Tsipras for the presidency of the European Commission” and the main speaker will be the leader of SYRIZA.

The event will be moderated by the actor Giorgos Kimoulis. Mr Konstantinos Tsoukalas, Professor of Sociology at the University of Athens and Mr Guido Viale, research economist and one of the intellectuals who formed in Italy the list “L’Altra Europa con Tsipras”, will also speak.

The most spectacular point, though, will be the presentation of the signatures of people from the field of politics, culture and science who support Tsipras’s nomination.
