Newsroom October 6 07:23

According to representatives of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Labor, during the government briefing in Berlin on Monday, admitted that there are channels of communication with YRIZA and the German government, as was clearly seen in the recent meeting of Yiannis Dragasakis with Jorg Asmussen.
As Deutsche Welle reports Martin Schaefer confirmed the above meeting, while however supported that Asmussen was at the specific dinner not with his official capacity as Deputy Minister of Labor, but as an Economist. Previously, member of SYRIZA had supported the same when the secret meeting became known.
Moreover, the representative of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs Martin Schaefer appeared more clear by saying that the German Embassy in Greece is not only in contact with the government, but as part of its duties is to “develop contacts”.

As the Greek Sunday newspaper  “ProtoThema” reported:”Alexis Tsipras and leadership of SYRIZA promise, or as many say committed to European interlocutors that when the opposition takes government will not proceed to unilaterally but will negotiate hard to improve the conditions of the existing agreements.
