King Charles: Video of his first message after being diagnosed with cancer – With red eyes and swollen hands

With red eyes and swollen hands, King Charles appeared in his first message to mark Commonwealth Day after being diagnosed with cancer and starting the treatments he has been undergoing for the past five weeks.

Indeed, while it had been known what he would say since the morning, the video was released by the royal family on Monday afternoon (11/3).

“The Commonwealth is like the wiring of a house and its people, our energy and our ideas are the current that runs through those wires.

King Charles expressed his commitment to continue to serve Britain as best his powers allow.

This message is included in his Commonwealth Day address.
