The forecast of the European Weather Service (EME) shows the forecast of the weather forecast in the European Union. Temperatures will be high in most areas, which is conducive to outdoor activities.

In particular, EMY is forecasting localised showers in Crete until the afternoon.

In the rest of the country, generally clear weather with occasional clouds in the midday and afternoon hours when there is a possibility of localised rain in the mountains.

Visibility in the morning and evening hours on the mainland will be locally limited.

Winds will blow from northerly directions 3 to 5 and in the Aegean Sea locally up to 6 Beaufort.

The temperature will rise slightly, reaching 18 degrees Celsius in the north and 20 to 21 degrees Celsius in the rest of the country.

MACEDONIA, THRACE
Weather: A few clouds, partly increasing in the midday and afternoon hours with local rain in the mountains.

Winds: Variable 2 to 3 Beaufort.

Temperature: From 10 to 18 degrees Celsius. In western Macedonia 3 to 4 degrees lower.

IONIAN ISLANDS, EPIRUS, WESTERN SOLID, WESTERN PELOPONNESE, WESTERN PELOPONNESE.

Weather: Generally clear weather with occasional clouds on the mainland in the midday and afternoon hours when local rain may occur in the mountains.

Winds: West northwest 3 to 4 and in the southern Ionian Sea locally 5 Beaufort.

Temperature: From 11 to 21 degrees Celsius. In the interior of Epirus it will be 2 to 3 degrees lower.

EASTERN SOLIDIA, EUBOEA, EASTERN PELOPONNESE

Weather: generally clear weather with occasional clouds on the mainland in the midday and afternoon hours with possible localised rainfall in the mountains.

Winds: Variable 2 to 3 and in the east until noon north northeastern 3 to 4 Beaufort.

Temperature: From 10 to 20 locally 21 degrees Celsius.

CYCLADES, CRETE.

Weather: in the Cyclades generally clear weather. In Crete clouds partly increasing until the afternoon with local rain.

Winds: From northern directions 4 to 5 and locally 6 Beaufort.

Temperature: From 13 to 20 degrees Celsius.

EASTERN AEGEAN ISLANDS – DODECANESE

Weather: generally clear with scattered clouds until midday.

Winds: From the north 4 to 5 and locally 6 Beaufort.

Temperature: From 13 to 20 degrees Celsius. In the north 2 to 3 degrees lower.

THESSALY

Weather: Generally clear weather with occasional clouds in the midday and afternoon hours when local rain may occur in the mountains.

Winds: Variable 2 to 3 Beaufort.

Temperature: From 09 to 20 degrees Celsius.

ATTICA

Weather.

Winds: North northeastern 3 to 4 Beaufort and from noon variable.

Temperature: From 09 to 20 degrees Celsius.

THESSALONIKI

Weather: a few clouds, partly cloudy in the midday and afternoon hours.

Winds: Northwestern 2 to 3 Beaufort and from the afternoon southeastern with the same intensity.

Temperature: From 10 to 18 degrees Celsius.

FORECAST FOR TOMORROW TUESDAY 19-03-2024

The weather will change gradually with increasing clouds, showers and occasional thunderstorms initially in Epirus, Ionian, western Sterea and western Peloponnese, gradually in the rest of the mainland, from midday in the northern Aegean, the Cyclades and Crete and from late afternoon in the eastern Aegean islands. The phenomena will gradually stop from late afternoon in the west.

Local snowfall will occur in the northern mountains.

Winds in the central and southern regions will blow from westerly directions from 4 to 6 Beaufort. In the remaining areas it will be initially variable 3 to 4 Beaufort and gradually from the north 4 to 6 Beaufort and from the evening in the northern Aegean Sea locally 7 Beaufort with further strengthening at night.

The temperature will drop mainly in the north where it will reach 15 to 16 degrees. In the rest of the country it will reach 16 to 18 degrees Celsius.

FORECAST FOR WEDNESDAY 20-03-2024

In the eastern mainland, the Aegean and Crete cloudy with local showers until the afternoon and in the morning hours sporadic thunderstorms. In the rest of the country a few clouds, partly cloudy and partly cloudy in the midday and afternoon hours with local rain in the mountainous continental areas.

Winds will blow from the north 4 to 5 and in the Aegean Sea 6 to 7 Beaufort.

The temperature will drop slightly further, mainly in the north and east.

FORECAST FOR THURSDAY 21-03-2024

Nearly clear weather with occasional local clouds mainly on the mainland in the midday and afternoon hours.

Winds will initially blow from the north 3 to 5 and in the Aegean Sea 5 to 6 and locally in the southeast 7 Beaufort. Gradually they will turn to westerly 4 to 6 and in the southeastern Aegean 6 to 7 Beaufort.

The temperature will rise slightly mainly in the west and north.

FORECAST FOR FRIDAY 22-03-2024

A few clouds, partly increasing in the afternoon and evening hours, when local rain will occur in the continental highlands.

Winds will blow in the Aegean Sea from northern directions 4 to 5 and locally 6 Beaufort.

In the remaining areas, winds will initially blow from the north at 3 to 5 Beaufort and gradually from the east with the same intensity.

The temperature will not change significantly.
