Newsroom March 27 12:34

For those of you who have pets and want to stay informed about various issues, those who want to adopt and are seeking information, or even those who just want to participate in a different quadruped celebration with many surprises, your day has come. The big Animal Welfare Festival, the well-known Woof Festival, awaits you for the second time on Saturday, June 1st, and Sunday, June 2nd, at the Pedion tou Areos.

The Woof Festival – ToPetmou is truly a grand celebration, where young, old, and four-legged visitors will spend unique and unforgettable moments with surprises, lots of gifts, games, and interactive events. Co-organizer of the big festival from now on is the first site for pets, Topetmou.gr.

The experience will truly be unforgettable. For two whole days, animal welfare organizations, veterinarians, groomers, trainers, as well as dedicated volunteers who love and care for animals, will come together at the Metropolitan Park of the Attica Region, transforming the center of Athens into a space for recreation and information.

Visitors can start their stroll by visiting the Animal Welfare Organizations of Attica and the companion animals available for adoption, seeking their forever homes. Volunteers dedicated to rescuing stray animals, educating caregivers, and raising awareness, especially among children, will be there to discuss and inform the public.

Alongside, there will be demonstrations, competitions, games, workshops, character tests, grooming, and a Dog Snack Bar, as well as many other surprises to delight caregivers and their dogs. Competitions that will surely capture your heart include: the happiest tail, the funniest face, and the smartest tricks.
