According to NBC, Facebook has already begun to cover the costs for women employees who want to freeze their ovaries, while  Apple is expected to begin in January.

In this way, companies are investing in women and support their desire to live the lives they want and can prolong the period of their fertility until they are ready to become mothers, while in the meantime, can devote themselves to their careers for a few years yet.
