Coast Guard: 33 migrants rescued near Kaloi Limenes, Crete

A tanker flagged under the Comoros conducted the location and rescue of 33 migrants aboard an unmanned dinghy in the maritime area 59 nautical miles south of Kaloi Limenes, Crete.

According to a statement by the Coast Guard, the migrants are being transported to Kaloi Limenes. There are no strong winds in the area, mainly western winds of 2-3 Beaufort.
