Thanasis Danis, Mayor of Souli and a doctor, decided to contribute significantly to the strengthening of the National Health System (NHS), which is strained by staff shortages during shifts. In a gesture of both high symbolic and practical importance, Mr. Danis was at the Preveza hospital to take a shift. With this action, he sent a strong message about the need for all doctors to participate in the common effort to support the public health system.

The Mayor of Souli is calling on his colleagues to follow his example and assist where needed, providing a practical response to the challenges faced by the NHS.
