Greek President of Republic Mr. Karolos Papoulias expressed his congratulations for the re-elected President of the Federative Republic of Brazil Dilma Rousseff in writing. Specifically, the letter states:
“On the occasion of your re-election as President of the Federal Republic of Brazil, I would like to express, on behalf of the Greek public and myself personally, my warmest congratulations and most sincere wishes for every success in your highly important mission.
