On his arrival to Cyprus Mr. Evagelos Venizelos stated that the cooperation between the three countries exists for some time and the following meeting of the leaders will be the third one.

He further, stressed that in accordance to the above “Greek – Cypriot relations are upgraded”, while he further highlighted that “the present time is very important for Cyprus due to its difficulties with Turkey”.

The Deputy Prime Minister also said that the three day meeting between the tree country leaders is not an enemy cooperation against Turkey and that the national community must give a clear answer and the Turks are obliged to understand it.

Tomorrow morning Mr. Venizelos will meet with the President of Cyprus Mr. Nikos Anastasiadis.
