A reporter tried to enter a polling station with a camera in the city of Rhodes, but the judicial representative intervened and asked police to interfere.
The reporter covering the election process, interviewed the candidate for municipal adviser, Mr Taraslia and entered the polling station in order to get shots with a video camera.
The judicial representative intervened and the police was informed about the incident. The reporter handed the memory card of the camera to the police saying that she did not know that taking photos was not allowed.
The legal representative insisted that this was a privacy violation …
The voting process, though, is underway and everything runs smoothly. In the morning there were some problems in two polling stations in Rhodes where a sealing wax for the polling box was missing while in two other polling stations the judicial representatives did not attend at the polling station.
