“It’s up to the citizens to not let Greece take steps backwards”, stated Prime Minister Antonis Samaras, referring to the European elections which will take place next Sunday and commenting on the results of local elections.
Mr. Samaras said that he does not want to stand on the positive and indisputable – as he said- results that the New Democracy had in Municipalities and regions, stressing that the process will be completed next Sunday, along with the battle of European elections.
According to the PM, it is a battle for which “Greece must show that it has the stability it deserves”.
“It’s up to the Greeks, to cast their vote and contribute so that the certainty that we are moving ahead with steady steps exists, rather than leave the country to relapse”, stated the PM.
