During the World Travel Market in London earlier this month International tour operators suggested to create an official nude beach on the Dodecanese island of Rhodes.

According to a local website  the Greek National Tourism Organization is considering the idea although they strongly believe that  local authorities and groups will most likely express their disagreement.

Tour operators made the above suggestion based to an increased customer demand who wish to visit the island of Rhodes for a nude beach like those that exist in many other Mediterranean resorts.

According to the same local website the proposal includes details of such an establishment that will include basic facilities such as  running water, cabins and chemical toilets and will have a ticket-only access.
