The allowance for heating oil market is “obviously uncontrollable,” said in a statement the Ministry of Finance, contradicting reports.

Heating allowance is provided based on last year’s income criteria, for instance the unmarried will receive up to 30.000 euro, the married with no children up to 40.000 euro and will increase by 3.000 for each child.

Based on calculations of this year’s ENFIA, the total should not exceed the 200.000 euro for singles and the 300.000 for married couples and single parent families.
