Following the initial shock a few months back of a nurse in Italy been arrested and accused of murder, the case had an even more unexpected grim twist when it was revealed that Daniela Potzali used to being photographed to taking the known selfies, while posing next to dead patients.

The Italian press published those shocking and horrific pictures of the nurse to show her total lack of respect towards the dead.
