A large cache of weapons and explosives was discovered yesterday, Monday (4/11), by the Sub-Directorate of Anti-Trafficking and Trade of Objects within the Directorate for Combating Organized Crime in the area of Western Attica.
Following an extensive investigation, simultaneous searches were conducted at three residences and two underground locations in Western Attica, resulting in the arrest of five individuals.
Charges have been filed against them for various offenses, including possession and manufacture of explosive materials, violations of explosives and flares laws, drug possession, and legislation concerning antiquities and cultural heritage.
