The South Korean activist will distribute copies of the most feared movie by the North Koreans ever by plane.
As Park Sang-Hun announced, he plans on dropping 100.000 DVD and USB filled balloons over North Korea. They will feature the film ‘’The Interview’’, which has sparked yet another dispute between Washington and Pyongyang, with the USA blaming Kim Yong-Un’s regime for the hackers’ attack against Sony.
Park additionally stated that in order to realize his plan he has been collaborating with the American non-profit organization ‘’ Human Rights Foundation’’. The company in question has taken on the total cost of integrating North Korean subtitles to the American film.
However, the effectiveness of his plan remains uncertain as the number of North Korean citizens who own a PC or a DVD-player is extremely small.
The ‘’distribution’’ of the copies is to increase by degrees up until March, as the aspirator of this endeavor expects favorable winds to carry his balloons even further.
