A man carrying knives who attacked a group of police officers “without saying a word” was killed by police this morning in the Paris district, Paris police said.
One of the officers used a “stun gun” but with no results, police clarified. Another policeman “then used his weapon”, wounding the man in the chest, who died despite the intervention of first aid, according to the same source.
The incident occurred in Duni, in the Seine-Saint-Denis prefecture, north of Paris.
