Description of the Phenomenon

A total lunar eclipse occurs when the Sun, Earth, and Moon align, and the Moon passes into the shadow of our planet. This causes the Moon to take on a reddish hue, earning it the name “blood moon.”

The phenomenon is expected to last approximately 6 hours, with the best view from North and South America. However, the phenomenon will also be visible from other regions of the Northern Hemisphere.
