The No Pants Subway Ride began in 2002 in New York as a public prank and has since by the “Improv Everywhere” group and has grown into an international event. Basically, all commuters need to do is to travel on the subway without pants.
A plethora of people in New York braved the cold weather to travel bare-legged on the subway, while a growing participation of commuters joined the fun in Milan, Prague, Madrid and Bucharest. So what if subway regulations require proper attire, the rules were broken just for the heck of it with lots of fun!
