Kallithea: A 18-year-old collapsed after being robbed and beaten by minors

A 17-year-old has been arrested for the attack, while his accomplices are being sought

An 18-year-old in Kallithea experienced moments of terror on Wednesday afternoon when he was attacked by a group of minors with the aim of robbing him.

A security camera video has recorded the 18-year-old’s movements shortly after the attack he suffered, during which they took his mobile phone.

The video shows the young man coming off a bridge and collapsing from the blows he had received.

After the attack on the 18-year-old, police officers made six arrests of minors, one of which, of a 17-year-old, turned into an arrest while his accomplices are being sought.

The 18-year-old was taken by his mother to Thriasio Hospital where he was provided with first aid.
