Dimitra Matsouka arrested in Vouliagmeni – Driving under the influence, over speed limit, without license and plates

Police stopped the actress for a check last night on Athinas Street

Newsroom November 20 10:08

Dimitra Matsouka was arrested on the night of Wednesday, November 19th, in Vouliagmeni for dangerous driving, while she did not have a driving license nor license plates, as they had been removed from her in separate cases in October and November respectively.

According to reports, everything happened last night at 23:40 on Athinas Street in the Vouliagmeni area, where the well-known actress was arrested because she was driving well over the speed limit and under the influence of alcohol.

Specifically, on Athinas Street in Vouliagmeni near Danais Street, she was driving at 97 km/h instead of the allowed limit of 50 km/h set by a regulatory sign, thus exceeding the maximum speed limit by 47 km/h.

During the traffic check, it was found that Dimitra Matsouka did not have a driving license as it was revoked on October 10th, and she also did not have license plates because they had been removed a few days earlier, on November 16th, by the Athens Traffic Police Department.

Police also conducted an alcohol test on the actress, which showed a level of 0.42mg/l on the first measurement and 0.38mg/l on the second. It is worth noting that the legal limit is 0.25 milligrams per liter of exhaled air.

She was then taken to the 1st Department of Southeastern Attica, where the immediate prosecution process followed.
