The severe weather system “Adel” is moving away – Sunshine and local showers on Sunday, mild weather in the coming days

Tasos Arniakos predicts that on Sunday Attica will have sunshine – Giorgos Tsatrafyllias notes that in the next 3–4 days there will be a “weather break” – The EMY forecast through Thursday, December 4

Newsroom November 30 09:03

The weather is stabilizing as the severe weather system Adel becomes a thing of the past. On Sunday, most areas of the country will see sunshine with a few clouds, while local showers and thunderstorms will occur in the Eastern Aegean.

Meteorologist Tasos Arniakos predicts that on Sunday Attica will have sunshine, with temperatures ranging from 9–17°C. Thessaloniki will also have sunshine with a few local clouds, and temperatures ranging from 6 to 15°C.

According to a post on Facebook by meteorologist Giorgos Tsatrafyllias, the next 3–4 days will bring a “weather break” after the intense phenomena caused by Adel, and rainfall will begin to appear on Thursday.

At the same time, Mr. Tsatrafyllias mentioned that there are no indications of a “serious cold invasion with cold and snow” until December 15.

He even suggests that the last month of 2025 has high chances of being two degrees warmer than the normal seasonal levels.

According to Tasos Arniakos

On Sunday, fog will appear over the mainland and clouds will form over the eastern Aegean, with local rains and scattered thunderstorms until the afternoon.
