“Devote Yourself to Scripture”: Weekly Bible study at St. Nicholas continues this Wednesday

Clergy-led discussion on February 4 with readings from Psalms, Proverbs, Peter, and Mark, offered in person and online

Inspired by the words of the Apostle Paul — “Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to preaching and to teaching” (1 Timothy 4:13, NIV) — St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church and National Shrine continues its weekly Bible study series this Wednesday, February 4.

This week’s session will be led by Fr. Milan Dragovic, Fr. Andreas Vithoulkas, and Fr. Samuel Davis, who will guide participants through the scheduled readings and engage in discussion, followed by a Q&A segment.

Upcoming Reading Plan

  • Psalms: 23
  • Proverbs: 22:1–22
  • 2 Peter: Chapters 1–3
  • Mark: Chapters 11–13

Participants are encouraged to submit their questions in advance during registration, so they may be addressed during the discussion.

  • Time: 6:30 p.m.
  • Format: In person and online (Zoom)

Attending In Person

Please arrive at the church by 6:15 p.m., provide your name at the door, and proceed to the 3rd floor.
Parking is available at the LAZ Parking Garage (70 Greenwich Street), approximately a five-minute walk from the church.

A Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants prior to the session.

All future sessions will be held weekly on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m..
