Newsroom February 3 02:46

The electronic auction program for the concession of the simple use of the seashore and beach is currently underway.

As announced by the General Secretariat of Public Property of the Ministry of Finance, in cooperation with the General Secretariat of Information Systems and Digital Governance of the Ministry of Digital Governance, from this year, all auctions will be implemented exclusively by the Rural Services.

Specifically, it is foreseen that approximately 3,250 auctions will be implemented by the deadline of 31 March 2026.

Today, the Land Services starts posting the notices on https://eauctions.gsis.gr. The process allows 7 working days for companies to submit applications to participate and at least 20 days for the auction to be held, from the posting of each notice.
