The weather outlook for March 25 is becoming clearer, with the latest forecast models indicating no major changes.

Meteorologists, one after another, are presenting their estimates for how conditions will develop, noting that signals for heavy rainfall remain limited, while most data point to mild and localized showers.

According to meteorologist Thodoris Kolydas, there are no significant changes expected in the coming days.

For Wednesday, March 25 in Athens, there is a chance of light rain, but amounts are expected to be low—around 1–2 mm—with about a 45% probability.

Overall, most days of the week are not expected to bring strong rainfall, with Friday showing the highest chance for more notable precipitation, while the rest will likely see weak or localized showers.

Meteorologist Giorgos Tsatrafyllias also noted that both student and military parades will likely take place “with umbrellas and light jackets.”

As he explained, light rain is expected during Tuesday’s student parades in Attica and other mainland regions, and similar conditions are likely on the national holiday itself. Some light snowfall is also expected in mountainous areas.

Meteorologist Nikos Kanteres added that, although it is officially spring, temperatures remain slightly below normal for the season.

On March 25, he expects weak rainfall mainly in eastern and southern parts of the country, while northern Greece will likely see improved weather with more sunshine.

Overall, parades will proceed as planned, with only a chance of light drizzle in some areas.

Looking ahead, Thursday (March 26) is expected to bring more sunshine and a rise in temperatures, while a weak weather system may affect the country again from Friday, without causing significant problems.
