A convoy of oil tankers was seen today departing from the Persian Gulf and passing through the Strait of Hormuz, according to ship tracking data.

The convoy consists of four liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) carriers as well as oil product and chemical tankers, while more tankers are following from the Gulf, according to the MarineTraffic website.
