The Alumni Association of the Patriarchal Great School of the Nation proudly and joyfully announces the organization of the 1st International Culture Festival, which will take place on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at the “ATLAS 1948” event hall on İstiklal Street, in the Pera district.
In the Queen of Cities, at the crossroads of East and West, the Patriarchal Great School of the Nation — a cradle of Greek education and culture for more than five and a half centuries — opens its gates to a rare and emblematic cultural gathering. The festival aspires to become an annual institution of international significance, highlighting the School’s enduring role as a beacon of education and intercultural dialogue.
The festival program includes a rich artistic exchange featuring groups from Greece, Turkey, the Greek Diaspora, and other European countries. Traditional dance ensembles, choirs, and musical groups will unite their voices and steps, showcasing the importance of cooperation and creativity through art. All participants will present their programs in a celebration of artistic expression that connects the past, present, and future of tradition.
The festival’s main event will take place on Sunday, May 17, 2026, beginning at 5:00 p.m. Admission is free.

The festival is officially organized by the Alumni Association of the Patriarchal Great School of the Nation. Organizational coordination has been undertaken by Open Ways Events & Travel, which through its FolkWay Festivals division has extensive experience in creating high-level international cultural events that connect associations from around the world.
