For production needs, a wardrobe area has been set up in a rented space in Mykonos Town. There, preparations for the day’s scenes are taking place, with clothes, accessories, and styling pieces to be used during filming. The space has been specially arranged for the needs of the crew, as preparations for Collins’ scenes are ongoing.

Today’s shoot will take place at the windmills of Mykonos, one of the island’s most iconic landmarks. For this purpose, the production has rented two private windmills to carry out the planned shots. After completing filming at this location, the crew is expected to continue in the narrow streets of the town.

The first images from the shoot showed the series’ lead on a beach in Mykonos with members of the crew. The actress was spotted at Agios Sostis wearing a white shirt and holding a red bag. According to information, filming began around 5 a.m. on Monday, May 18.

Filming on the “island of the winds” is expected to last around two weeks, while extras participating in the production are reportedly paid €150 per shoot. The presence of the international production has already generated strong interest, as Emily in Paris is one of Netflix’s most recognizable series.
The show follows the story of a young American woman who leaves the U.S. Midwest to work at a marketing company in Paris. While living in the French capital, Emily tries to balance professional demands, cultural differences, friendships, and romantic relationships.
