Four students of the Athens Law School entered the international Moot Court Competition that took place at the World Trade Organization of Geneva, Switzerland. The Greek dream team managed to beat  students from some of the most prestigious law schools of the world, including those of Harvard University.

Persephone Vernadou, Panagiotis Theodoropoulos, Panagiotis Kyriakou and Anna Ventouratou took part in the moot court – in its 12th year – focused on finding solutions to trade differences. The topic was focused on arbitrating differences between two member states following the decision of the latter to deprivatize its water draining system after  a long period of privatization.

117 universities took part in the event. They were rewarded with scholarships to follow a summer course in international justice finance whereas they were also offered proposals to work with large companies.
