Interview poll: New Democracy at 31.2%, ELAS second with 16%, PASOK third with 14.7%, and an eight-party parliament

The Karystianou party comes in fifth place with 8.1% – Mitsotakis first with 29.4% in the question of who is trusted for prime minister

A lead for New Democracy, Tsipras’ ELAS in second place, PASOK in third, and an eight-party parliament are recorded in an Interview poll conducted for the newspaper Political.

Specifically, in the estimated election result, New Democracy receives 31.2%, ELAS of Alexis Tsipras 16%, followed by PASOK with 14.7%, Hellenic Solution with 8.2%, “Hope for Democracy” with 8.1%, KKE with 4.6%, Voice of Reason with 4%, Course of Freedom with 3.3%, MeRA25 with 2.5%, Democrats with 2%, SYRIZA with 0.6%, NIKI with 0.4%, New Left with 0.4%, and others with 4%.

The poll also projects an eight-party parliament based on these percentages.

In the question “If elections were held next Sunday, which party would you vote for?”, the percentages are as follows: New Democracy 28.3%, ELAS 14.6%, PASOK 12.2%, Hellenic Solution 7.5%, Hope for Democracy 7.3%, KKE 4.1%, Voice of Reason 3.7%, Course of Freedom 3%, MeRA25 2%, Democrats 1.8%, SYRIZA 0.6%, NIKI 0.4%, New Left 0.4%, “other” 3.8%, while undecided voters stand at 10.3%.

The poll also records responses to the question “Which political leader do you trust most to govern the country?”, with Kyriakos Mitsotakis clearly in first place with more than double the support of the next candidate.

Specifically, the current Prime Minister receives 29.4%, followed by “None” with 17.4%, Alexis Tsipras with 13.6%, Nikos Androulakis with 9.7%, Kyriakos Velopoulos with 9.6%, Maria Karystianou with 5%, Dimitris Koutsoumpas with 3.3%, Afroditi Latinopoulou with 3%, Stefanos Kasselakis with 2.6%, Yanis Varoufakis with 2.2%, Zoe Konstantopoulou with 1.5%, Alexis Charitsis with 1.2%, Socrates Famellos with 0.5%, and Dimitris Natsios with 0.5%.

At the same time, 43% say they will vote based on party programs, 39% say they will vote “to bring political change,” and 15% say they will vote “traditionally for the party they belong to.”

Regarding the parties associated with Alexis Tsipras and Maria Karystianou, 75% and 60% respectively say they have a negative or rather negative impression of the chosen figures, while nearly 8 in 10 respondents say it would be unlikely for them to vote for a potential party led by Antonis Samaras.
