Equity prices remained stable at the opening of the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE) today. The basic share price index went down 0.08% standing at 1,225.15 points at 11:00 a.m. with turnover at 11.015 million euros.

The FTSE/ASE 20 index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was down 0.09%, and the FTSE/ASE MID 40 index was up 0.45%.

The biggest gains on individual sector indices were in Media (up 2.60%), Financial Services (up 1.47%) and Health (up 1.02%).

The biggest losses were in Real Estate (down 1.37%), Commerce (down 0.96%) and Construction (down 0.83%).

31 stocks went up, 18 were down and 7 remained unchanged.
