European Council President Donald Tusk dubbed the Brexit  ‘dramatic’ during a press briefing on the referendum. He said there was no way of predicting the political consequences for the UK. ‘It is a historic moment. But for sure, not a moment for hysterical reactions’, the President said. He went on to reassure that the EU was prepared for this negative scenario. Tusk said all the other 27 leaders of the EU were determined to keep the union together.
