Erdogan and his family planning to flee country, claims major opposition party leader

He said that the Erdogan family members are trying to get work permits abroad

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and some of his entourage, including his family, are planning to flee abroad, the major opposition leader Kemal Kilicdaroglu said today.

“They are expediting preparations for their escape. Erdogan is transferring huge sums of money abroad through parallel structures based in Turkey acting as institutions. Members of the Erdogan family are at the forefront of these structures. In foreign countries, they are trying to obtain residence and work permits through these structures. They are in a hurry to create their own Pennsylvania,” the Turkish politician said, announcing in advance that he would make more revelations later in the day.

“Erdogan, do not try to deny it, we know everything, we have all the documents. We will say goodbye tonight,” said the president of the Republican People’s Party from the podium of the Turkish Parliament, promising…more revelations.

Responding, Erdogan’s spokesman claimed that “Kilicdaroglu’s statements are not a form of politics, but a slander campaign”.
