February 25,2015, has been set as the date for former finance minister George Papaconstantinou’s trial connected with the tampering of the alleged Lagarde list containing the names of Greeks with deposits in Switzerland that have not expired under the statute of limitations. He faces charges of tampering with a public document as well as charges concerning an attempted breach of trust.

The trial is to be held at the Athens Appeals Court general purpose courtroom on Alexandras Avenue.
