Greece gets tough draw for Euro 2024, as it will face France and the Netherlands

Ireland and Gibraltar are also in the 2nd group

The Greek national football team was unlucky in the draw for the qualifying stages on the road to the Euro 2024 finals, as it will face world champions France and the Netherlands while the group also includes Ireland and Gibraltar. Greece was placed in the 2nd group.

The first two teams in each group will advance to the finals to be held in Germany, and the remaining three up to the completion of the “24” of the EURO (20+3+the host Germany) will qualify by play-offs from the UEFA Nations League teams in March 2024 (where the Greek team also participates).
