The Fthiotida MP of New Democracy, Themis Himaras, has resigned.
The possibility of handing over his seat in Parliament was open since yesterday and now he submitted his resignation in a letter to the president of the Parliament, Costas Tasoula.
The information states that relevant pressures were exerted by the Prime Minister’s environment towards the now former member of parliament.

According to information, however, the possibility of Mr. Himaras remaining on the party’s ballots is still open.
