Greece: Poll shows a 19.7 point difference between New Democracy & PASOK for the EU elections – SYRIZA experiencing a further decline

“Yes” to non-state universities – Gains for the Greek Solution

Large difference, approaching 20 points for the European elections, is secured by New Democracy over PASOK ahead of the European elections, according to a survey by Opinion Poll presented on the main news bulletin of Action 24.

SYRIZA also shows a new decline, while the current situation seems to favor Kyriakos Velopoulos’s Greek Solution, which appears in fourth place for the European elections, marginally higher than the Communist Party (KKE).

The problems considered significant are high prices, the economy and crime, followed by the state of public health, education, and unemployment.

More than one in two voters do not consider the measures announced by the government for farmers to be satisfactory – however, the majority opposes to more active demonstrations.

New Democracy, PASOK, and SYRIZA seem to have leaks ahead of the European elections – while parties like the Greek Solution and the New Left seem to benefit from the traditionally “loose” votes in the European elections. It is characteristic that the Greek Solution surpasses the KKE for the first time for the fourth position, but only for the European elections, as in the event of national elections, the party of Perissos appears clearly third.
