In a highly symbolic move, the Greek flag is flying again today in Kyiv, as the Greek embassy reopened its doors in the Ukrainian capital. Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias announced its reopening in a statement after meeting with Kenyan Foreign Minister Raychelle Omamo.
