Kyriakos to CNN: Greek people have lost their faith in current gov’t

He stressed that Greece needs foreign investments and no austerity measures

“New Democracy is the alternative that can get Greece out of the crisis,” leader of main opposition New Democracy Kyriakos Mitsotakis stated in an interview with CNN International on April 11.

Speaking to journalist Paula Newton, Mr. Mitsotakis appeared confident about New Democracy winning next elections saying that Greek people have lost their faith to the current government adding that “I do not know what can trigger next elections. But we are ready and we will win”.

Mr. Mitsotakis stressed that “Greece needs a government that will be in favor of entrepreneurship. A government that will bring economic growth back to Greece” adding that Greece needs foreign investments and no austerity measures, stressing, though, that current government cannot do that.
