Meet Anike, Germany’s hottest firefighter who plays the saxophone (video-photo)

She says she will not leave her firefighting career

This girl is… on fire. Anike Ekina – who works at the Schwarzenbek Volunteer Fire Brigade in Schleswig-Holstein – has just won the title of ‘Germany’s hottest firefighter ‘.

Anike has set the world abuzz with the sexy snaps she uploads on her Instagram and has over 1.6 million followers on her official account.

The 36-year-old doesn’t just fight flames, she can also set the dance floor on fire as she plays the saxophone.

Anike recently won the Venus Award for her sax solo at Germany’s #1 love show. As she revealed, she had plans to tour with her musical group, but she couldn’t make it due to the pandemic.

“I’ve already recorded a few songs and wanted to start as a saxophonist, but then the coronavirus came,” the explosive Ekina told Jam Press.

“I’m going on tour with my saxophone next year. At parties in Ibiza, and in clubs, people can also book me for events. We already have many proposals,” says Anike.

Despite being a rising star in music, Anike has vowed, “Of course, I’ll stay loyal to the fire department!”
