Miltos Tentoglou wins silver in World Athletic Championships with a 8.32-meter jump

A Chinese won the gold

Miltos Tentoglou won the silver medal in the World Athletic Championships in Oregon with an 8.32-meter jump coming second to China’s Wang who jumped 8.36m.

Tentoglou “landed” on the 8.32m mark, only 5cm away from the famous quintuple to become the first Greek athlete to be the current title holder in all 5 major competitions (Olympic, World Open-Close, European Open-Close). However, in his last jump, the Chinese, who this year had 7.67m, took the gold with a jump of 8.36m!
