A ferry carrying 209 passengers sank in the sea near Myanmar in the midst of bad weather. At least 21 people were killed, while 26 are still missing, according to local police forces.
167 passengers have been rescued by Coast Guard and nearby ships.
The Aung Takon ferry was overloaded, and was travelling in western Myanmar when it went down late last night.
There were no foreign nationals aboard the ship.
