NASA said its “goodbye” to composer Vangelis Papathanassiou, who passed away at the age of 79, presenting a video dedicated to a mission to explore Jupiter, the music of which has been edited by the great composer.
The post begins with the Latin “Ad Astra Vangelis”, and then states: “The film composer contributed scores to explorations by our #JunoMission to Jupiter. Here, ride along with the @NASASolarSystem spacecraft around Jupiter and moon Ganymede, with sound up.”, quoting the relevant video.
