Palm Sunday

Greek Orthodox Churches around the world are decked out in palms to honor Jesus Christ’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem. At the end of the service parishioners receive Holy Crosses made of palms to take home with them. The countdown for Greek Orthodox Easter begins.
