Greek police have arrested a couple, an Albanian man, 28 and a Greek woman, 23, who possessed 8 kilos of unprocessed marijuana and quantities of heroine in the area of central Macedonia. Police tracked the couple to an area in Thessaloniki where they discovered the culprits had stashed over 8 kilos of cannabis and 262 grams of heroine. After searching their house police also found some electronic precision scales and 106 nylon bags for packaging the drugs. The couple were also found to have 550 Euro on them, two cell phones and a book with their drug deals. They were both taken to the the Prosecutor at the first instance court of Thessaloniki on charges of drug possession and trafficking.
