President of Hellenic Republic Karolos Papoulias  will confer the state Orders of Honour and of the Phoenix to 24 personalities out of 42 bestowed in total , at a ceremony which will be held today at 12:00 noon at the Presidential Hall.

The Grand Cross of the Order of the Phoenix will be given to Academician and professor of Byzantine studies Helene Glykatzi-Ahrweiler and Academician and poet Kiki Dimoula.
