Russia: The leader of the Russian Armed Forces was removed

The injury allegedly led Putin to take this decision

Rumors are rife that Vladimir Putin should does not trust his high-ranking military officials because of the significant casualties recorded in the battle while at the same time the Kremlin’s goals are not being achieved.

According to a top adviser to the Ukrainian president, Valery Gerashimov, chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, has removed temporarily from his duties.

It is also noted that Gerasimov’s absence from the May 9th parade in Red Square made an impression.

There are reports that he was wounded in the war in Ukraine when Putin asked him to see tangible results on the field.
